Scoil Dara's Autumn Awards ceremony took place on the 30th of November last.

Congratulations to the following award recipients:

Best Leaving Certificate 2015:  Niamh Burke

Best Leaving Certificate Applied 2015:  Doireann Mc Namara

Excellent achievement in Leaving Certificate:  Ciara Byrne, Cathal Coffey and Jason Gibbons

Best junior Certificate 2015: Daniel Devine

Excellent Achievement in Junior Certificate: Emily Davies, Sarah Clarke, Conor Lane and Caoimhe Sheil

Conor Preston Memorial award for Best Woodwork Project: Gearoid Gibbons; Special Mention woodwork project: Oisin Coffey

The occasion featured special guest and former Scoil Dara student Christopher Morash who was recently awarded a studentship by the National University of Ireland to enable him to pursue a PhD abroad at either the University of Toronto in Canada or at the University of Cambridge in England. Sincere congratulation to Christopher.
